Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 55-minute appointment designed to fully understand your symptoms and health history.

The consultation is confidential, unhurried and supportive, allowing time for discussion and questions. You will receive a personalised treatment plan following your appointment
Preparing for Your Appointment
Before your consultation, you will be sent a secure medical questionnaire and symptom form to complete. As we do not have access to NHS records, you may be asked to provide:
A SUMMARY OF YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY
A LIST OF CURRENT MEDICATIONS
ANY PREVIOUS MENOPAUSE TREATMENTS
Where appropriate, treatments such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) may be prescribed.

Prescriptions are issued via a regulated online pharmacy, with delivery directly to your home.
Additional services: Blood tests may be recommended where appropriate (additional costs) see our blood options here. We also offer DUTCH hormone testing programmes, which provide a more detailed insight into hormone levels and metabolism, supporting a more tailored and informed treatment approach. For patients undertaking DUTCH hormone programmes, additional HRT review appointments are £75 – see our Dutch Hormone Programs here
