We provide consultations for Mounjaro (tirzepatide) or Wegovy (semaglutide) weight loss injection offered with free home delivery.

Mounjaro:

Mechanism of action - Dual agonist – mimics both GLP-1 and GIP hormones for enhanced metabolic effect.

​​Weight loss potential - Up to 22.5% body weight reduction by week 72.

​

Wegovy: 

Mechanism of action - GLP-1 receptor agonist – mimics appetite-regulating hormone.​​

Weight loss potential - One average up to 15 to17% body weight reduction by week 68. Another trial showed that 1 out of 3 Wegovy patients achieved ≥20% weight loss at 2 years. ​

Am I eligible for weight loss injections ?

We may prescribe Mounjaro or Wegovy together with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for weight loss and to help keep your weight under control if you are between ages 18 to 75 and who has:

A body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or greater (obesity) or A BMI of at least 27 kg/m² but less than 30 kg/m² (overweight) and weight-related health problems such as:

• Pre-diabetes

• High blood pressure

• Abnormal levels of fats in the blood

• Obstructive sleep apnoea 

• History of heart attack, stroke or blood vessel problem.

We are unable to offer weight loss injections for diabetic patients as your overall management is best maintained by your diabetic team.
